Thames Gateway Parklands
Green infrastructure and open environments: The all London green grid. Supplementary planning guidance, published by the Mayor of London in March 2012, states: ‘The Thames Gateway Parklands is a strategic environmental investment programme promoted by central Government for the Thames Gateway regeneration area. It seeks to integrate public, private and third sector investment and activity to build a network of multi-functional urban and rural parks and green spaces across the Thames Estuary from the City of London to the North Sea.’
